- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, assisting, and advising clients to exceed their expectations.
- Represent the brand's history and heritage with pride.
- Utilize exceptional product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell.
- Engage with a diverse clientele to foster long-lasting relationships.
- Expand and maintain a client book, updating client information using company tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE’s standards.
- Ensure products are maintained in an efficient, clean, and organized manner both front and back of house.
- Assist with inventory management and other back-of-house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
- Minimum 2-3 years of fashion sales experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury retail or ready-to-wear.
- Strong client relationship-building skills through structured outreach and clienteling.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Advanced product knowledge with a focus on cross-selling and upselling.
- Ability to support inventory control and back-of-house operations.
- Experience in executing visual merchandising plans.
Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion sales, with a preference for luxury retail environments.
