- Achieve individual and store objectives.
- Engage with clients in an emotionally engaging manner to provide an exceptional and memorable client experience.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
- Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
- Highlight product categories through extensive product knowledge and storytelling.
- Develop and expand the client book, updating client information on relevant company tools.
- Collaborate as a team player, participating in activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
- Actively participate in visual merchandising in accordance with Loewe’s visual standards.
- Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner, both front and back of house.
- Support inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
- Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures, including Loewe’s standards in grooming and behavior.
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a similar customer-centric role.
- A deep interest in Fashion, Art, and Culture.
- Naturally inclusive and open-minded.
- Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic in style and approach.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset without compromising on teamwork.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
