- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, assisting, advising, and exceeding client expectations.
- Exemplify the brand's history and heritage in client interactions.
- Utilize exceptional product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell across product categories.
- Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
- Develop and manage a client book, updating client information using company tools.
- Collaborate as a team player to achieve store objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE’s standards.
- Maintain products efficiently and securely, both front and back of house.
- Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
- Interest in luxury retail, particularly in leather goods and ready-to-wear.
- A deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Enjoys working within a diverse, dynamic team.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client book.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset, while maintaining a team player attitude.
- Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
