1. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, assisting, and advising clients to exceed their expectations.
2. Demonstrate and communicate the brand's history and heritage.
3. Utilize product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell across product categories.
4. Engage with a diverse clientele to foster long-lasting relationships.
5. Expand and maintain a client book, updating client information using company tools.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
7. Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE's standards.
8. Ensure efficient, clean, and organized maintenance of products both front and back of house.
9. Assist with inventory management and other back-of-house tasks.
10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
