1. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising clients to exceed their expectations.

3. Utilize product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell.
4. Engage with a diverse clientele to build long-lasting relationships.
5. Expand and maintain a client book, updating information on company tools.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
7. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE’s standards.
8. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
9. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back of house tasks.
10. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
