1. Achieve individual sales targets and support Loewe's commercial objectives while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
2. Meet sales KPIs through client acquisition and retention, utilizing strategies like appointment revenue and client segmentation.
3. Collaborate with the Store Director to effectively balance client engagement and operational responsibilities.
4. Maintain operational cadence, including product receiving, transfers, consolidations, and cycle counts.
5. Manage inventory discrepancies and loan reconciliations in partnership with the Store Director.
6. Support Client Advisors in processing send sale orders, consignments, and repairs in compliance with Loewe policies.
7. Lead and assist with biannual physical inventory counts, dedicating time to preparation and reconciliation.
8. Adhere to all sales and operational policies, ensuring excellence and precision.
9. Accurately process POS transactions, including client data capture and processing.
10. Protect company assets by following loss prevention policies.
11. Maintain packaging levels and assist in replenishment orders.
