1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Provide an exceptional and memorable client experience through engaging interactions.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
4. Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, and personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product knowledge and storytelling to highlight product categories.
7. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
8. Collaborate with team members to contribute to store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to Loewe's standards.
10. Maintain an organized and secure product environment both front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
