1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Provide exceptional and memorable client experiences through emotional engagement.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
4. Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, and personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through expert product knowledge and storytelling.
7. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to brand standards.
10. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.

3. Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
4. Inclusive and open-minded attitude.

1. Confident and service-oriented with adaptable and empathetic communication style.
2. Effective communication skills for building and maintaining a client portfolio.
3. Results-driven with a commercial mindset and team player attitude.
4. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-centric role.
