1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Provide exceptional and memorable client experiences through emotional engagement.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
4. Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, and personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through knowledge and storytelling.
7. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
8. Collaborate effectively as a team player to meet store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to Loewe's standards.
10. Maintain product organization and security in both front and back of house.
11. Assist with inventory management and other back-of-house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

4. Fluency in English and Italian.
