1. Achieve individual and store objectives.
2. Engage clients emotionally to provide exceptional and memorable experiences.

4. Maintain client relations through regular communication via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Highlight product categories through knowledge and storytelling.
7. Develop and grow a client book, updating client information on company tools.
8. Collaborate as a team player, contributing to store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE’s standards.
10. Maintain products efficiently, cleanly, securely, and organized both front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
