1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Provide an exceptional and memorable client experience through emotional engagement.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
4. Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through comprehensive product knowledge and storytelling.
7. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to Loewe's standards.
10. Maintain products efficiently and securely both in front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies and Loewe's grooming and behavior standards.
