1. Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets to drive business growth.
2. Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build lasting client relationships.
3. Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer engagement.
4. Utilize CRM tools to collect and leverage customer data for personalized interactions.

8. Uphold the brand's image standards and adhere to company policies.
9. Accurately record customer information in the database.
10. Promote store events through various communication channels.
11. Maintain an organized client book and ensure timely follow-up on sales and inquiries.
12. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
13. Participate in general housekeeping and store maintenance.
14. Support inventory control and shipping/receiving processes as needed.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail setting.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
5. Adaptability and responsiveness to diverse customer needs.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
7. Foreign language proficiency is advantageous but not essential.

Minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
