- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, contributing to the growth and development of the business.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building lasting relationships with clients and showcasing extensive knowledge of Loewe's products and heritage.
- Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather and leverage customer data for personalized engagement and future opportunities.
- Promote a collaborative and communicative workplace culture among colleagues.
- Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company policies.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, ensuring adherence to Loewe's standards.
- Uphold the brand's image standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Actively promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and prompt follow-up.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate effectively.
- Adaptability to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
Minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
