1. Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
2. Provide outstanding, personalized customer service.
3. Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
4. Utilize CRM tools for personalized client engagement.
5. Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues.
6. Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized.
7. Contribute to the visual presentation of products.
8. Uphold LOEWE’s image standards and guidelines.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
10. Record customer information accurately in the database.
11. Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
12. Maintain an organized client book and initiate regular client contact.
13. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
14. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
2. Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
5. Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate.
6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
7. High adaptability to different customer needs.
8. Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
9. Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
