- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the brand's growth and success.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building long-lasting client relationships and showcasing in-depth knowledge of LOEWE's products and heritage.
- Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to collect and analyze customer data for personalized engagement and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive workplace environment and enhance team performance.
- Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company policies.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, ensuring adherence to LOEWE's standards.
- Uphold LOEWE's image standards and guidelines consistently.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and prompt follow-up on sales and inquiries.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations, efficiently.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
- Adaptability to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-through abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous but not required.
Minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail setting.
