Loewe Client Advisor, Operations Expert

- Achieve individual sales targets to support Loewe's commercial objectives while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Consistently meet sales KPIs through client acquisition and retention, leveraging programs like appointment revenue and V/VIC sales.
- Collaborate with the Store Director to effectively balance client engagement and operational support.
- Maintain operational cadence including product receiving, transfers, consolidations, and cycle counts.
- Manage negative on-hand inventory and loan reconciliations in partnership with the Store Director.
- Support Client Advisors in processing send sale orders, consignments, and repairs in compliance with Loewe policies.
- Lead and assist with biannual physical inventory counts, dedicating time to preparation and reconciliation.
- Adhere to sales and operational policies with a focus on excellence and precision.
- Accurately process POS transactions, ensuring proper wrapping and client data capture.
- Protect company assets by following loss prevention policies.
- Maintain appropriate packaging levels and assist in replenishment orders.
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a customer-centric role, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to connect and influence.
- Confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
- Interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Inclusive and open-minded attitude.
- Service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic approach.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
