Loewe Client Advisor, Operations Expert

1. Achieve individual sales targets to support LOEWE's commercial objectives while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
2. Consistently meet sales KPIs through client acquisition and retention, utilizing appointment revenue, client segmentation, and the Top Ten Bets program.
3. Collaborate with the Store Director to effectively balance client engagement and operational support.
4. Maintain a consistent operational cadence, including product receiving, transfers, consolidations, and cycle counts.
5. Manage negative on-hand inventory and loan reconciliations in partnership with the Store Director.
6. Support Client Advisors in processing send sale orders, consignments, and repairs, ensuring compliance with LOEWE policies.
7. Lead and assist with biannual physical inventory counts, dedicating time to preparation and reconciliation.
8. Adhere to all sales and operational policies with a focus on excellence and precision.
9. Accurately process all POS transactions, including proper wrapping and client data capture.
10. Protect company assets by following loss prevention policies.
11. Maintain appropriate packaging levels and assist in replenishment orders.
