- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, contributing to the growth and development of the business.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, fostering enduring relationships with clients and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Loewe's products and heritage.
- Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to collect and analyze customer data for personalized engagement and future opportunities.
- Promote a collaborative and communicative culture among colleagues to enhance the workplace environment.
- Maintain organization and presentation standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom according to company policies.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Loewe's standards.
- Uphold Loewe’s image standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Actively promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and timely follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations, promptly.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image upkeep.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets while building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
$23 - $26 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
