1. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, contributing to the growth and development of the business.
2. Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, fostering enduring relationships with clients and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Loewe's products and heritage.
3. Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
4. Utilize CRM tools to collect and analyze customer data for personalized engagement and future opportunities.

6. Maintain organization and presentation standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom according to company policies.
7. Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Loewe's standards.

10. Accurately record customer information in the database.
11. Actively promote store events through various communication channels.
12. Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and timely follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
13. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations, promptly.
14. Participate in general housekeeping and store image upkeep.
15. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment.
2. Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets while building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

Minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.

$23 - $26 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
