- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives to drive business growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build lasting client relationships.
- Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.

- Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom according to company policy.

- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain an organized client book and provide prompt follow-up on sales and inquiries.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

A minimum of three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment is required.
The compensation ranges from $24 to $27 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
