1. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets to drive business growth.
2. Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build lasting client relationships.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Loewe's products and brand heritage.
4. Utilize CRM tools to collect and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and communicative workplace environment.
6. Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom according to company standards.
7. Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Loewe's guidelines.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
9. Accurately record customer information in the database for future reference.
10. Promote store events through various communication channels.
11. Maintain an organized client book and provide timely follow-up on sales and inquiries.
12. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations, promptly.
13. Participate in general housekeeping and store upkeep.
14. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
2. Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
3. Ability to build enduring relationships with customers and colleagues.

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
5. Adaptability to cater to diverse customer needs.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
7. Foreign language proficiency is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.

$22-26 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
