- Achieve and surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives, contributing to business growth.
- Provide outstanding, personalized customer service, building enduring relationships.
- Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through exceptional service.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues to enhance workplace environment.
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom organization per company policy.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, adhering to LOEWE’s standards.
- Maintain LOEWE’s image standards and adhere to company policies.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Actively promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular contact and follow-up.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High adaptability to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment is required.
The position offers an hourly rate ranging from $22 to $26, depending on skills and experience.
