- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives to drive business growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to surpass client expectations and build lasting relationships.
- Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather customer data for personalized engagement and future opportunities.
- Promote a collaborative and communicative work environment among colleagues.
- Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company policy.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, adhering to LOEWE’s standards.
- Uphold LOEWE’s image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Actively promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets while building strong customer and colleague relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
- Adaptability to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
Minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
