1. Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, contributing to business growth.
2. Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building lasting relationships with clients.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Loewe's products and brand heritage.
4. Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
5. Utilize CRM tools to collect and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive workplace environment.
7. Maintain organization of sales floor and stockroom according to company standards.
8. Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with Loewe’s guidelines.
9. Uphold Loewe’s image standards and adhere to company policies.
10. Accurately record customer information in the database.
11. Promote store events through various communication channels.
12. Maintain an organized client book and ensure regular client contact.
13. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
14. Assist with general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
15. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Hourly rate of $22-26, dependent on skills and experience.
