1. Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives, contributing to business growth.
2. Provide exceptional, personalized customer service, building enduring relationships.
3. Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
4. Utilize CRM tools to gather and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
5. Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues.
6. Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom per company policy.
7. Contribute to the visual presentation of products according to brand standards.
8. Uphold Loewe’s image standards and guidelines.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
10. Accurately record customer information in the database.
11. Promote store events through various communication channels.
12. Maintain an organized client book and provide prompt follow-up on sales and inquiries.
13. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
14. Participate in general housekeeping and store upkeep.
15. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
2. Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
5. Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate.
6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
7. High adaptability to cater to diverse customer needs.
8. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$23 - $26.50 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
