- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the growth and development of the business.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building enduring and meaningful relationships with clients.
- Surpass individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets by providing top-tier customer service.
- Effectively utilize CRM tools to gather valuable customer data for personalized engagement and future opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and communicative culture with colleagues to enhance the workplace environment.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized according to company policy.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of products, adhering to Loewe's standards.
- Uphold Loewe's image standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record all pertinent customer information in the database.
- Actively promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain an accurate and organized client book, initiating regular client contact and providing prompt follow-up on all sales, events, or client inquiries.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image upkeep.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.
- Minimum of three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets while building enduring relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to collaborate effectively.
- Adaptability to cater to different customer needs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
- Foreign language knowledge is advantageous but not required.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
$23 - $26.50 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
