1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value.

6. Maintain and expand a client book with consistent follow-up.
7. Ensure resolution of client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
8. Assist in maintaining store image and general housekeeping.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Proficiency in computer applications and software packages.
3. Knowledge of foreign languages is preferred.
4. Demonstrated action-oriented approach with a drive for results.
5. Strong service orientation and customer focus.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
