1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Provide an exceptional and memorable client experience through emotional engagement.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
4. Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
5. Convey the brand's history and heritage effectively.
6. Showcase product categories through knowledge and storytelling.
7. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's standards.
10. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house areas.
11. Assist with inventory management and other back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-centric role.
