1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Foster emotional connections with clients to provide exceptional and memorable experiences.

4. Maintain client relations through regular communication via email, phone, or personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Highlight product categories through knowledge and storytelling.
7. Develop and manage a client book, updating client information on company tools.
8. Collaborate as a team player to contribute to store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE’s standards.
10. Maintain products efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization both front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
