- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, assisting, advising, and exceeding client expectations.
- Exemplify the brand's history and heritage in all client interactions.
- Utilize exceptional product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell.
- Engage with a diverse clientele to foster long-lasting relationships.
- Develop and manage a client book, updating information using company tools.
- Collaborate as a team player to achieve store objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE's standards.
- Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
- Assist with inventory management and other back-of-house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
- Minimum 2-3 years of fashion sales experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury retail or ready-to-wear.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Advanced product knowledge with a focus on cross-selling and upselling.
- Experience in inventory control and back-of-house operations.
- Skilled in executing visual merchandising plans.
- Client relationship building and clienteling skills.
- Sales leadership and structured outreach abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion sales, particularly in a luxury retail environment.
