1. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, assisting, advising, and exceeding client expectations.
2. Exemplify the brand's history and heritage in all client interactions.
3. Utilize exceptional product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell.
4. Engage with a diverse clientele to foster long-lasting relationships.
5. Develop and manage a client book, updating information using company tools.
6. Collaborate as a team player to achieve store objectives.
7. Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE's standards.
8. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
9. Assist with inventory management and other back-of-house tasks.
10. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of fashion sales experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury retail or ready-to-wear.
2. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
3. Advanced product knowledge with a focus on cross-selling and upselling.
4. Experience in inventory control and back-of-house operations.
5. Skilled in executing visual merchandising plans.
