1. Achieve individual and store objectives.
2. Connect with clients in an engaging and emotional manner to provide an exceptional client experience.
3. Develop long-lasting relationships with clients.
4. Maintain client relations through regular communication via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Highlight product categories through knowledge and storytelling.
7. Develop and grow a client book, updating client information on company tools.
8. Collaborate as a team player in all store activities to contribute to overall objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE’s standards.
10. Maintain products efficiently, cleanly, securely, and in an organized manner, both front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including grooming and behavior standards.

2. Experience in a similar customer-centric role.
3. Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
4. Naturally inclusive and open-minded.
5. Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic in style and approach.
6. Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
7. Results-driven with a commercial mindset while maintaining a team player attitude.
8. Fluent in English and Spanish.
