- Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives, contributing to business growth.
- Provide outstanding, personalized customer service and build enduring relationships.
- Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather customer data for personalized engagement.
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of products according to LOEWE's standards.
- Uphold LOEWE's image standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Record customer information accurately in the database.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain an organized client book and initiate regular client contact.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image upkeep.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- High adaptability to different customer needs.
- Open to working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus but not required.

Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment.
$18 - $25 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
