- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets to drive business growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to surpass client expectations and build lasting relationships.
- Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom according to company standards.
- Contribute to visual merchandising in line with Loewe's guidelines.
- Uphold Loewe's image standards and adhere to company policies.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain and update a client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in store housekeeping and image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Minimum of three years' experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
The hourly compensation ranges from $18 to $25, based on skills and experience.
