1. Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
2. Provide outstanding, personalized customer service.
3. Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
4. Utilize CRM tools for personalized client engagement.
5. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication.
6. Ensure sales floor and stockroom organization.
7. Contribute to the visual presentation of products.
8. Uphold Loewe’s image standards and guidelines.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
10. Record customer information accurately in the database.
11. Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
12. Maintain an organized client book and initiate regular client contact.
13. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
14. Participate in general housekeeping and store image upkeep.
15. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment.
2. Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
4. Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
5. Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to collaborate effectively.
6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
7. High adaptability to different customer needs.
8. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
9. Foreign language knowledge is a plus but not required.

Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment.

$18 - $25 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
