- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives, contributing to business growth.
- Provide outstanding, personalized customer service, building enduring relationships.
- Exceed individual KPI targets through top-tier customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools for personalized client engagement and future opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and communicative workplace environment.
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom organization per company policy.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of products, adhering to Loewe’s standards.
- Uphold Loewe’s image standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Record customer information accurately in the database.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain an organized client book, initiating regular client contact.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image upkeep.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to collaborate.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High adaptability to different customer needs.

Minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
$18 - $25 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
