1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Provide an exceptional client experience through engaging and emotional connections.

6. Showcase product knowledge and storytelling to highlight product categories.
7. Expand and update the client book using company tools.

9. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's standards.
10. Maintain product organization and security in both front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
