- Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
- Provide exceptional and memorable client experiences through emotional engagement.

- Maintain product organization and security in both front and back of house.
- Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
- Proven experience in achieving individual and team goals.
- Experience in a customer-centric role.
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.

- Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic approach.
- Effective communication skills for building and maintaining a client portfolio.

- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
