1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Provide exceptional and memorable client experiences through emotional engagement.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
4. Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through expert knowledge and storytelling.
7. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
8. Collaborate as a team player to achieve store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE’s standards.
10. Maintain products efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization both front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

1. Proven track record in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience in a customer-centric role within the luxury sector.
3. Strong interest in Fashion, Art, and Culture.
4. Inclusive and open-minded attitude.
5. Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic approach.

1. Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
2. Results-driven with a commercial mindset.
3. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-centric role.
