1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Create an exceptional and memorable client experience through engaging and emotional interactions.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
4. Communicate regularly with clients through various channels, including email and personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through expert product knowledge and storytelling.
7. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's standards.
10. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
