1. Achieve individual and store objectives.
2. Connect with clients in an engaging emotional way to provide an exceptional and memorable client experience.
3. Engage with all clients and develop long-lasting relationships.
4. Maintain relations with clients through regular communication and connection via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
5. Master and transmit the brand's history and heritage.
6. Highlight product categories through product knowledge and storytelling.
7. Develop and grow a client book, updating client information on relevant company tools.
8. Perform as a team player, participating and collaborating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
9. Actively participate in visual merchandising in accordance with Loewe’s visual standards.
10. Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner; front and back of house.
11. Support with inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
12. Follow the company’s policies and procedures including Loewe’s standards in terms of grooming and behavior.

2. Experience within a similar customer-centric role.
