1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Provide an exceptional and memorable client experience through emotional engagement.

4. Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, and personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through storytelling and product knowledge.
7. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
8. Collaborate effectively as a team player to meet store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's standards.
10. Ensure efficient, clean, and organized product maintenance both front and back of house.
11. Assist with inventory management and other back-of-house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
