1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.

5. Showcase product categories through expert knowledge and storytelling.
6. Expand and manage a client book using company tools.
7. Collaborate as a team player to meet store objectives.
8. Participate in visual merchandising according to brand standards.
9. Maintain product organization and security both front and back of house.
10. Assist with inventory management and other back-of-house tasks.
11. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
