1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Deliver exceptional client experiences through engaging and emotional connections.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
4. Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, and personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through storytelling and product knowledge.
7. Expand and update client information using company tools.
8. Collaborate as a team player to meet store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's standards.
10. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house areas.
11. Assist with inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, grooming, and behavior standards.
13. Work weekends as required.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-centric role.
