1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Engage with clients to provide exceptional and memorable experiences.
3. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
4. Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, or personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through knowledge and storytelling.
7. Grow and update the client book using company tools.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to brand standards.
10. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
11. Assist with inventory management and other back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

2. Experience in a customer-centric role within a similar industry.
3. Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.

1. Effective communication with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
2. Confidence, adaptability, and empathy in client interactions.
3. Results-driven with a commercial mindset while being a team player.
4. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-focused role.
