- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, contributing to the overall business growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building lasting relationships with clients.
- Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets by providing superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to collect and analyze customer data for personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and communicative work environment.
- Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom in accordance with company policies.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products, ensuring adherence to Loewe's standards.
- Uphold the brand's image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book and initiate regular client contact.
- Address client-related issues such as shipping and alterations promptly.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to meet diverse customer needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous but not required.
