1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Establish emotional connections with clients to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences.
3. Engage with clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
4. Maintain client relationships through regular communication via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through comprehensive product knowledge and storytelling.
7. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
8. Collaborate as a team player to contribute to the store's overall objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's visual standards.
10. Ensure products are maintained efficiently, cleanly, securely, and organized both front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and LOEWE's grooming and behavior standards.

2. Experience in a similar customer-centric role.
3. Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
4. Naturally inclusive and open-minded.
5. Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic.
6. Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
7. Results-driven with a commercial mindset while maintaining a team player attitude.
8. Fluent in English and Arabic.
