1. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, assisting, advising, and exceeding client expectations.
2. Exemplify the brand's history and heritage in all client interactions.
3. Utilize exceptional product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell across product categories.
4. Engage with diverse clients to foster long-lasting relationships.
5. Develop and maintain a client book, updating client information using company tools.
6. Collaborate with team members to contribute to store objectives.
7. Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE's standards.
8. Maintain products efficiently and securely, ensuring both front and back of house are organized.
9. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
10. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
