- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, building lasting relationships with clients.
- Surpass individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer engagement.
- Effectively utilize CRM tools to collect and analyze customer data for personalized service.

- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
