1. Achieve individual and store objectives.
2. Provide an exceptional and memorable client experience through emotional engagement.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
4. Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through comprehensive product knowledge and storytelling.
7. Expand and update the client book using relevant company tools.
8. Collaborate with team members to contribute to store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE’s standards.
10. Maintain product organization and cleanliness both front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies and grooming standards.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience in a customer-centric role.
3. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
