Loewe Client Advisor

- Achieve individual and store sales objectives and contribute to overall store performance.
- Build authentic, long‑term relationships with clients through personalised engagement and ongoing communication (email, phone, messages, handwritten notes).
- Manage and grow a personal client book; accurately update client records in the company’s client management tools.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and deliver compelling storytelling that highlights LOEWE’s heritage and product categories.
- Support visual merchandising implementation and maintain store presentation according to LOEWE visual standards.
- Maintain front‑ and back‑of‑house areas in a clean, organised and secure manner; support inventory control and ad‑hoc back‑of‑house tasks.
- Collaborate actively with colleagues on store initiatives and participate as a committed team player.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming and behavioural standards at all times.
- Minimum three years of client‑facing experience in retail or luxury hospitality, with a proven track record of meeting individual targets.
- Demonstrable experience in customer‑centric roles, including client development and portfolio management.
- Fluent in English and able to communicate with nuance across high‑value client interactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills: confident, service‑oriented, adaptable and empathetic.
- Deep interest in fashion, art and culture with the ability to convey brand heritage convincingly.
- Commercially minded and results driven while demonstrating a collaborative team attitude.

Minimum three years of client‑facing experience in retail or luxury hospitality, with demonstrated success in achieving individual sales goals and developing client relationships.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, sales, hospitality or fashion/luxury studies preferred.
