1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Connect with clients in an emotionally engaging manner to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
4. Communicate regularly with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through extensive product knowledge and storytelling.
7. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
8. Collaborate effectively as a team player to contribute to store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising in line with Loewe’s standards.
10. Maintain product organization and cleanliness both front and back of house.
11. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

1. Proven track record in achieving individual and team goals.
2. Experience in a customer-centric role within the luxury sector.
3. Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.

1. Fluency in English and Arabic.
2. Effective communication skills with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.
3. Confidence, adaptability, and empathy in service delivery.
4. Commercial mindset with a focus on results.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-focused role.
