1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Cultivate meaningful connections with clients to deliver an exceptional and memorable experience.
3. Develop and sustain long-lasting client relationships through regular communication.
4. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
5. Showcase product categories through expert knowledge and storytelling.
6. Expand and manage a client book, updating client information using company tools.
7. Collaborate effectively as a team player to contribute to store objectives.
8. Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE’s standards.
9. Maintain product organization and security both front and back of house.
10. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back of house tasks.
11. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavioral standards.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-centric role.
