- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets to drive business growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to build lasting client relationships.
- Surpass individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to collect and analyze customer data for personalized service and future opportunities.

- Maintain an organized client book and ensure regular client follow-up.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations, promptly.
- Assist with general housekeeping and store maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail setting.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $24 to $27, dependent on the candidate's skills and experience.
