- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
- Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service, building lasting client relationships.
- Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather and analyze customer data for personalized service and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and communicative workplace environment.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized according to company standards.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with LOEWE's guidelines.
- Uphold the brand's image standards and adhere to company policies.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book and engage in regular client follow-ups.
- Address client-related issues such as shipping and alterations promptly.
- Participate in general store maintenance and image upkeep.
- Support inventory control and shipping/receiving processes as needed.
- Over three years of experience in luxury fashion sales within a retail setting.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to meet diverse customer needs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment is required.
$24-$27 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
